Samples of writing a dating profile

These three examples reflect the more common online dating personalities: the thoughtful romantic, the witty comedian and the spontaneous adventurer.

While each of the sample profiles below is specific to a gender, the elements of each profile remain the same regardless of whether the user is male or female.

The Thoughtful Romantic The one thing I am most passionate about: taking care of others, helping people, and making people smile.

Yes – I know that sounds cheesy – but I try really hard to brighten the day of everyone I meet, even if that’s just by asking a cashier how they are or holding the door open for someone.

It’s not your profile photo (though a good one helps). An awesome dating profile always stands out from the crowd It’s not how many messages you send out or how much time you spend browsing other people’s profiles.

I commented in parentheses throughout the profiles below what I thought of them and why: I gave this profile a passing grade because while it’s not great, nothing about it makes it terrible.

You may only know Rae from the many Insecure posters plastered across subway stations, bus stops, and billboards near you, but internet cognoscenti of color have been following her for years via her popular You Tube series, The Misadventures of Awkward Black Girl, which debuted in 2011, and her New York Times best-selling memoir of the same name.

Many persons were like he has a wife, or they would say things like what make me so different and that I will be a statics etc.,my advice to anyone dating a partner going through divorce is to weigh out your options and go with your heart, if he is showing you attention you need giving you the love and support why not, if he is going through a divorce simply means that something was going on wrong in his marriage and you might just be miss right he is looking for, everything just takes time you just need to be a little patient and dont rush anything let nature take its course, remember that he just came out of a marriage so he will need your love and support just as much.
